Supply calendar

What we can load, month by month.

Uganda has two rainy seasons, which gives most lines two windows a year rather than one. Solid bars are peak supply at programme volume; hatched bars are available but tighter on grade and price.

Rain, not calendar

Central Uganda's rains run roughly March–May and September–November. Fruiting follows them, so a late season shifts our windows by two or three weeks. We flag a shift to programme buyers as soon as we see it in the field.

Counter-seasonal advantage

Our Hass window overlaps the gap between Peruvian and South African supply into the Gulf — a useful fill for buyers who lose continuity in mid-year.

Beef is not seasonal

Because cattle are finished on a managed ration rather than grazing condition, meat supply holds through the dry months when pasture-fed supply thins and prices spike.
